Tanu Weds Manu Returns Beats Shahrukh Khan's Chennai Express
Kangana Ranaut is undeniably the reigning queen of Bollywood today; especially after her recent release Tanu Weds Manu Returns which has earned both acclaim and numbers at the Box Office.
The film is pulling fantastic numbers despite being in its third week and has now crossed the 100 crore collections mark (currently at 108 crore after 12 days).
A recent box office report revealed an interesting comparative of Tanu Weds Manu Returns with Shahrukh Khan's Chennai Express and other previous Box Office hits.
Not only is Kangana Ranaut's Tanu Weds Manu Returns second week collection (Rs 28 crore) the highest in 2015, it is also higher than that of Shahrukh Khan's Chennai Express (Rs 23 crore).
Overall, TWMR comes in fifth position after films like PK, Krrish 3, Dhoom 3 and Kick for their second week Box Office collections, ensuring that both the film and Kangana are definitely in the big league with Shahrukh, Aamir, Salman and Hrithik.
Kangana Ranaut's Tanu Weds Manu Returns is still having a good run at the Box Office and we are sure Shahrukh Khan too will be happy to see a female-oriented film doing superb business.

TWMR started with a collection of Rs 8.85 crores on Friday at the domestic market.
Day 2
The film then picked up well on next day with a collection of Rs 13.20 crores on Saturday.
Day 3
Sunday also witnessed excellent business for the film with an earning of Rs 16.10 crores.
Day 4
Box Office business on Monday dropped but still remained decent with a collection of Rs 8.90 crores.
Day 5
The numbers remained somewhat similar on Tuesday with a collection of Rs 8.20 crores.
Day 6
TWMR business on Wednesday dropped a little more and it earned Rs 7.70 crores.
Day 7
Thursday collection remained somewhat constant with a business of Rs 7.07 crores.
Day 8
The film's business further dropped on Friday with a collection of Rs 6.65 crores which is fine, considering the release of Welcome To Karachi.
Day 9
However, Saturday brought smiles for the makers of TWMR as the collection picked up to Rs 9.40 crores.
Day 10
TWMR came back strong on the second weekend with a collection of Rs 12.25 crores on Sunday.
Day 11
The business fell with the start of weekdays as TWMR made a collection of Rs 5.15 crores on second Monday.
Day 12
Tuesday witnessed a collection of Rs 4.65 crores for TWMR on Tuesday.
