Before its release, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil faced a lot of political pressure and controversies, all thanks to the MNS. After the Uri attacks, MNS strongly objected to the fact that Karan Johar casted Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in his movie. Reportedly, Karan Johar chopped a lot of scenes of Fawad in the movie because of the threat.
Well, despite the negative publicity before the release, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil gave Karan Johar an entry to the elite 100 Crores club of Bollywood. Time for some celebrations!
