Fitoor & Sanam Re First Weekend (3 Days) Box Office Collection: Pulkit Beats Aditya

Pulkit Samrat's Sanam re and Aditya Roy Kapur's Fitoor released on the same day (12th Feb) at the box office. And it is indeed shocking that a small budget film like Sanam Re has taken a lead ahead of Fitoor, which stars actors like Katrina Kaif, Aditya and Tabu.

On the first day of its release, Fitoor collected 3.61 Crores, on Saturday it earned Rs 4.54 Crores and on Sunday Fitoor did a business of Rs Rs 5.96 Crores.

While Sanam Re's opening collection was Rs 5.04 Crores, on Saturday it was Rs 5.56 Crores and on Sunday the movie collected Rs 6.45 Crores.

Talking about the box office collections trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote on microblogging site Twitter, ''#Fitoor - Overseas: Crosses $ 1.5 million [approx $ 1,503,000 = ₹ 10.24 cr] in opening weekend. Some territories yet to report.''

Well, the makers of Fitoor must be very disappointed with the box office collection of the movie as it is a big budget movie and by seeing the numbers we can say that it won't be able to recover its production cost.
