Fitoor And Sanam Re Second Day (Saturday) Box Office Collection: Sanam Re Stands Tall!

Sad news for all Aditya Roy Kapur and Katrina Kaif's fans out there! Katrina-Aditya starrer Fitoor, which released on Friday ( February 12, 2016) performed below average at box-office on its opening day, and even on Satuday, there is not much improvement in collection. Sadly, despite excessive promotions from Aditya and Katrina, the film didn't go well with the taste of the audiences.

On the other side, Yami Gautam-Pulkit Samrat starrer Sanam Re, which also released on the same day, performed rather better than Fitoor and managed to earn about Rs 5 crores on its opening day and it is to be believed that the film collected approximate Rs 8-10 crores on Saturday, owning to the advantage of weekend and Valentine's week. On the other side, Fitoor hardly managed to earn Rs 4-6 crores on Saturday.

Interestingly, directed by Divya Khosla Kumar, Sanam Re is made with the budget of Rs 18 crores only and if he film maintains the same flow, very soon it will cross the budget and will remain as blockbuster hit.
