John Abraham-Manoj Bajpayee starrer Satyameva Jayate continues to have a strong hold at the box office as the film minted Rs. 9.03 crores on Saturday. The total box office collection now stands at Rs. 46.65 crores.

Satyameva Jayate Third Day Collection:

Milap Zaveri's Satyameva Jayate starring John Abraham, Manoj Bajpayee and Aisha Sharma saw an upward trend in business on Day 3 which was a holiday i.e Parsi New Year. The film minted Rs. 9.18 crores on Friday. The total box office collection now stands at Rs. 37.62 crores.

John Abraham- Manoj Bajpayee starrer Satyameva Jayate is slowly inching towards the 50 crore mark. However, the film show a dip in the box offiice collections on Day 2. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "After a big holiday [#IndependenceDay] on Wed, it was the regular working day on Thu... #Gold and #SatyamevaJayate took a hit on Day 2, since biz, generally, witnesses a decline after a holiday... Growth in biz is most crucial at this stage [Fri to Sun]..."

Speaking about Satyameva Jayate box office collections, he wrote, "#SatyamevaJayate saw a big dip on Day 2... Expected to show an upward trend today [Day 3]... Single screens/mass belt remains strong... Wed 20.52 cr, Thu 7.92 cr. Total: ₹ 28.44 cr. India biz.

After the success of Parmanu, John Abraham's Parmanu co-starring Manoj Bajpayee and Aisha Sharma hit the theatrical screens on Independence Day. Despite a clash with Akshay Kumar starrer Gold, the film has managed to perform well at the box office. While the flick received mixed reactions from the critics, the audience have accepted the content with open arms.

Even though being an A rated film, Satyameva Jayate has become the highest opener for not just the actors John Abraham and Manoj Bajpaaye but also is the highest for Bhushan Kumar and Nikkhil Advani's joint association.

Bhushan Kumar says, "It is a big day for the team of Satyameva Jayate. The film has opened to an extraordinaire number. Emmay and our association after Airlift gave us the confidence to make many more films with Nikkhil & team, SMJ has created history for our association.
