Adipurush Box Office Collection Day 2 Early Trends: Om Raut's directorial debut, Adipurush, has opened to a thunderous response at the box office. The magnum opus starring Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh was dropped in theatres on June 16 and received lukewarm reviews from critics and audiences alike.

The film has been released in five languages (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada) on Day 1, and despite the negativity surrounding the movie, Prabhas' superstardom has ensured that the movie receives smashing applause and figures at the box office.

Adipurush Day 1 Collection

Adipurush, upon its release, is criticised for its shoddy VFX and cheap dialogues, and the makers are brutally trolled over Saif Ali Khan's look. However, all these controversies have not affected the film's business at the box office.

On its opening day, Adipurush collected a terrific Rs 85 crore, with Rs 25 crore coming from the Hindi belt. While the Telugu version has earned Rs 60 crore. Though the overall collection is yet to be determined, it is clear that the movie is going to set some staggering standards at the box office.

Made on a humongous budget of Rs 500 crore, Adipurush has premiered on around 7000 screens in India and 3000 screens overseas, which totals 10,000 screens worldwide.

As per film business website Sacnilk, Adipurush has earned Rs 35 crore in Hindi, Rs 58.50 crore in Telugu, Rs 0.40 crore in Malayalam, Rs 0.70 crore in Tamil, and Rs 0.4 crore in Kannada, therefore making the overall amount Rs 95 crore.

According to Sacnilk, Adipurush is expected to outperform on its second day with a collection of over 60 crore. Several trade experts believe that the film's weekend earnings will rise up to Rs 170 crore and that it may earn between Rs 150 and Rs 170 crore on its opening weekend.

It is predicted that Adipurush will earn over 1000 crore in its lifetime collection, which will put it on the list of the highest-grossing movies of all time.

Adipurush, since its announcement, has created a massive buzz. As per reports, the movie has sold satellite rights for a whopping Rs 210 crore, and it has been bought by Amazon Prime Video.
