Animal Box Office Day 3: Ranbir’s Action Drama Crosses 236 Cr Worldwide In 2 Days; To Cross 250Cr Today

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's directorial Animal has been one of the biggest releases of the year and there are no second thoughts about it. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anila Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol in the lead, the action thriller has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced. After all, Vanga had claimed to make it the most violent film ever and did stand true to his words. Animal has been referred to as a gory action drama and it has left the audience in awe.

In fact, the viewers have been lauding Ranbir Kapoor's performance in the movie and have also given a thumbs up to his chemistry with Rashmika. As Animal has opened to rave reviews and witnessed a thunderous start, it continues to roar loud on the second day as well and has been shattering records at the box office.

After crossing Rs 100 crores mark on one day, Ranbir Kapoor starrer has now crossed the mark of Rs 200 crores on the second day. Yes! Animal has managed to rake in Rs 236 crores worldwide in two days and will be crossing Rs 250 crores today on day 3 at the worldwide box office collection.

Meanwhile, Animal has crossed Rs 120 crores mark at the Indian box office and is now heading cross Rs 150 crores today (day 3/first Sunday). It is evident that Animal is about to have an impressive opening weekend at the box office.

Interestingly, Animal is witnessing a box office clash with Vicky Kaushal's biographical war drama Sam Bahadur. Talking about the clash, Vicky told Indian Express, "When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won't say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema". Meanwhile, Ranbir's Animal has managed to crush Sam Bahadur at the box office and this is evident with a huge gap in their collections.
