Animal Box Office Day 15 Prediction: Ranbir’s Film To Cross 482cr Today; Set To Enter 500Cr During 3rd Weekend

Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Animal has been creating waves in the industry ever since it was announced. After all, this Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial not just brought a new and sizzling jodi, but also presented Ranbir in a never seen before avatar. And as the movie was released amid much fanfare, Animal has taken the box office like a storm.

The movie has managed to create new records at the box office - be it recording second highest opener ever after Jawan, becoming Ranbir's highest opener, beating the lifetime collection of Salman Khan starrer Animal, and much more. And now, Animal has managed to cross Rs 450 crores during the second week and is eyeing to cross Rs 500 crores.

To note, Animal, which has been witnessing frequent drop in collections, raked in Rs 8.75 crores at the box office on day 14 (second Thursday). And though the movie is struggling to have a double digit collection, it is expected to remain steady today (third Friday) and mint around Rs 5-8 crores. As a result, Animal is likely to cross Rs 482 crores today. In fact, according to a report published in Sacnilk, Animal has minted Rs 3 lakhs today from the early morning shows. It is evident, Animal is expected to cross 500 crores during the third weekend.

Interestingly, Animal is witnessing a box office clash with Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh's biographical war drama Sam Bahadur. Talking about the clash, Vicky told Indian Express, "When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won't say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema". Meanwhile, Ranbir's Animal has managed to crush Sam Bahadur at the box office and this is evident with a huge gap in their collections.
