Animal Box Office Day 12 Prediction: Ranbir’s Film Slows Down After Crossing 450Cr; Will It Cross 500Cr Soon?

Ranbir Kapoor and Bobby Deol have all the reasons to grin from ear to ear these days. As the actors, who collaborated for the first time in Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial's Animal, got their highest opener ever. Touted to be a gory action drama, Animal has opened to rave reviews from the audience and the critics. As Animal has set the box office on fire, it has been creating new records at the box office.

Also starring Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Triptii Dimri and Suresh Oberoi in the lead, Animal had managed to cross Rs 400 crores in the second weekend and it has been eyeing to cross Rs 450 crores for a while now. And now, the wait is finally over as Animal has finally achieved the feat at the Indian box office. Yes! You read it right.

Animal is all set to cross Rs 450 crores mark today (day 12/second Tuesday). According to a report published in Sacnilk, Animal has raked in Rs 8 lakhs at the box office from the morning shows so far which took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 444.75 crores and the numbers are likely to improve during the day. To note, Animal has been slowing down at the box office in second week it is evident with the collections. After a phenomenal second weekend, Animal made a collection of Rs 13.4 crores at the box office on day 11 (second Monday). It will be interesting to see if Animal will manage to cross Rs 500 crores mark any time soon in India.

Interestingly, Animal is witnessing a box office clash with Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh's biographical war drama Sam Bahadur. Talking about the clash, Vicky told Indian Express, "When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won't say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema". Meanwhile, Ranbir's Animal has managed to crush Sam Bahadur at the box office and this is evident with a huge gap in their collections.
