Animal Box Office Day 2 Prediction: Ranbir’s Film To Shine After Thunderous Start; Will It Cross 100Cr Today?

Also starring Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in the lead, Animal is touted to be an action drama and marks Ranbir's first collaboration with Sandeep Reddy Vanga. While Animal has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year, it witnessed a thunderous opening at the box office. Post a advance booking collection of over Rs 33 crores, Animal made an opening day collection of Rs 61 crores and became the second highest opener ever.

And given the buzz around Animal, it is expected to continue roaring loud at the box office on the second day as well. To note, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial has made an advance booking collection of over Rs 28 crores for the second day, hopes are high about Animal crossing Rs 100 crores mark on the second day. As of now, Animal has minted Rs 5.76 crores from the early morning shows which has taken the overall collections to Rs 66.76 crores. To note, the numbers will be increasing during the day.

Interestingly, Animal is witnessing a box office clash with Vicky Kaushal's biographical war drama Sam Bahadur. Talking about the clash, Vicky told Indian Express, "When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won't say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema".
