Animal Box Office Day 5 Prediction: Ranbir’s Film To Remain Steady & Cross 260Cr Today After Massive Dip

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal, which has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year, has been going wild at the box office. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial has come with a stellar cast of Ranbir, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol and has opened to a massive response from the audience.

The movie has been roaring loud at the box office since day one and has been coming up with earth-shattering numbers. From becoming Ranbir's highest opener to becoming second highest opener, fastest movie to cross 200 crores and more, Animal has been unstoppable at the box office. And while Animal saw a massive drop in collection on day 4 (first Monday), the movie is expected to have a steady hold at the box office.

In fact, the advance booking collection for day 5 suggests that Animal has made a collection of over Rs 10 crores and it is likely to witness a steady growth. While Animal is standing at Rs 241.43 crores, it is reported that the Ranbir Kapoor starrer will be crossing Rs 250 mark today (day 5/first Tuesday) and is likely to touch Rs 260 crores at the box office. It will be interesting to see if the movie will continue its winning streak in the coming days

Interestingly, Animal is witnessing a box office clash with Vicky Kaushal's biographical war drama Sam Bahadur. Talking about the clash, Vicky told Indian Express, "When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won't say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema". Meanwhile, Ranbir's Animal has managed to crush Sam Bahadur at the box office and this is evident with a huge gap in their collections.
