Animal Box Office Day 9 Prediction: Ranbir’s Film Inches Towards 400Cr; To Have A Dhamakedar 2nd Weekend

Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna's recent release Animal continues to be unstoppable at the box office. Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the movie has opened to rave reviews from the audience and has been setting the box on fire since the first day. The action drama has been witnessing impressive numbers almost every day and creating new records.

Animal witnessed a thunderous response during the first week and managed to rake in over Rs 300 crores. And now, the second Saturday is going to be even more dhamakedar for this Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial. For the uninitiated, Animal made a collection of Rs 23.5 crores on second Friday which took the overall collection of the movie of the movie to Rs 361.08 crores.

And now as per the recent update and Animal's strong hold at the ticket window, Ranbir Kapoor's movie is expected to have a dhamakedar second weekend at the box office and is expected to cross Rs 400 crores mark. In fact, it has raked in Rs 1.19 crores from the morning shows so far and the numbers are expected to grow during the day and it will be interesting to see the milestones Animal will be reaching during the second weekend.

Interestingly, Animal is witnessing a box office clash with Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh's biographical war drama Sam Bahadur. Talking about the clash, Vicky told Indian Express, "When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won't say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema". Meanwhile, Ranbir's Animal has managed to crush Sam Bahadur at the box office and this is evident with a huge gap in their collections.
