Fukrey 3 Box Office Collection Day 5: Pulkit’s Film Crosses 60Cr; BEATS The Vaccine War With Huge Gap

Whenever Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma share the screen together, a laughter riot is bound to happen and there are no second thoughts about it. We have seen it in the two installments of the Fukrey franchise and now they are recreating their magic in Fukrey 3. Also starring Richa Chadha, Manjot Singh and Pankaj Tripathi in the lead, the movie has been one of most anticipated movies of the year.

Helmed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, Fukrey 3 has opened to rave reviews from the audience. Interestingly, the movie witnessed a box office clash with Vivek Agnihotri's medical drama The Vaccine War which features Nana Patekar, Pallavi Joshi, Raima Sen, Anupam Kher, Girija Oak, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Sapthami Gowda, and Mohan Kapur in the lead.

Though the movies have different genres but looks like Fukrey 3 is acing the box office game and has been giving a tough time to The Vaccine War. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Fukrey 3 has been going steady with an upward trend and is likely to mint Rs 16.41 crore today (day 5). If the reports are to be believed, Fukrey 3 has managed to cross Rs 50 crores and now the overall collections of the movie will stand at Rs 61.06 crores.

On the other hand, The Vaccine War has been struggling at the box office since the first day and failed to cross Rs 10 crores mark during the first weekend. As per Sacnilk, The Vaccine War will be raking in Rs 1.73 crores today which will take its overall collection Rs 7.47 crores. Needless to say, Fukrey 3 is beating The Vaccine War with a massive gap.

Meanwhile, Fukrey 3 has been garnering mixed reviews from the audience and has been termed as a laughter riot. According to Filmibeat's review, "Fukrey 3 is a silly comedy with some hilarious scenes and dialogues that will make you laugh out loud. It's a full-on time-pass movie that you can sit and enjoy for 150 minutes. It is not like you will be rolling on the floor laughing throughout the movie, but of course, writer Vipul Vig and director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba have come up with a few scenes that will surely make you laugh and you will remember them even after the film is over".
