Also starring Utkarsh Sharma, Gaurav Chopra, Manish Wadhwa, and Simrat Kaur in lead roles, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha's sequel has maintained its remarkable streak even on the third day of its release.

On Sunday, Gadar 2 witnessed a substantial surge in its earnings with house shows across the nation. Gadar has already surpassed the 100-crore milestone in domestic earnings and exceeded 150 crores in global gross. With this, the film has become Sunny Deol's most financially successful film in his 40-year career.

With a thunderous opening of Rs 40.10 crore at the box office on August 11, Gadar 2 made a huge Rs 43 crore nett on day 2. It maintained its stronghold at the cash counter on day 3, earning a humongous Rs 52 crore net in India on Sunday.

With this, Gadar's total domestic collection stands at Rs 135.18 crore. It had an occupancy of 85% for all shows on Sunday. It is now the second highest earning movie of 2023.

As per Sacnilk, on its fourth day, August 14, the epic love saga will earn Rs 33 crore, taking the film's total collection to Rs 167.88 crore in India and Rs 175 crore worldwide. Therefore, it will soon enter the 200 core club.
