Gadar 2 Day 24 Box Office: Sunny Deol’s Film Creates NEW Record As It Beats Baahubali 2 & Shah Rukh’s Pathaan

Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel have all the reasons to be on cloud nine these days. After all, their much talked about movie Gadar 2 has emerged as a giant tsunami at the box office and continues to be unstoppable even after three weeks. Helmed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 has opened to rave reviews from the audience and it has been minting gold at the ticket windows.

And while Gadar 2 is maintaining a strong grip at the box office, it is set to enter Rs 500 crore club today (day 24). According to media reports, Gadar 2 is likely to mint Rs Rs 7.39 crore today which will take the overall collection to Rs 501.47 crore. Interestingly, with Gadar 2 entering the Rs 500 crore club, it will be creating a new record today.

As per a treat shared by Taran Adarsh, Gadar 2 will become the fastest movie to cross Rs 500 crore mark. Yes! You read that right. While Gadar 2 has crossed the mark in 24 days of release, Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan surpassed the mark on Day 28. On the other hand, Prabhas starrer Baahubali 2 (Hindi) entered the Rs 500 cr club in 34 days of release.

Meanwhile, given the massive success of Gadar 2, the makers hosted a grand success party which was a starry affair. Gadar 2 success bash was attended by big shots like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Karan Johar, Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani, Kartik Aaryan etc.

In fact, the Gadar 2 success bash also witnessed an iconic moment wherein Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Deol made their first public appearance together days after their ended their years long rivalry. This isn't all. The duo was also seen hugging each other as they posed for the paps.
