Gadar 2 Day 3 Collection Prediction: Sunny Deol’s Film To Beat Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan With A Massive Number

Sunny Deol is back as Tara Singh in Gadar 2 and the nation can't keep calm about it. After all, he is not just reprising his role of Tara Singh after two decades on screen, but Gadar 2 has also been dishing out major nostalgic vibes and took everyone back to the Gadar release era in 2001.

Helmed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 also features Ameesha Patel as Sakina while Utkarsh Sharma reprised his role of Jeete. The movie has opened to rave reviews and it is roaring loud at the box office since the first day itself. After a spectacular opening on August 11, Gadar 2 has been witnessing an upward trend in the collections.

And now, the early predictions of Gadar 2's third performance stated that the movie will be crossing the Rs 100 crore mark post a housefull Sunday in the theatres. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Gadar 2 is likely to earn Rs 48 cr on day 3 of its release. Though the official numbers are yet to be out, if the reports turned out to be true, Gadar 2's total collection will be over Rs 131 crores.

Interestingly, if the prediction turned out to be true, Gadar 2 will also manage to beat the third day collection of Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan. For the uninitiated, Pathaa, which had released mid-week and had its day 3 on a Friday, minted Rs 39.25 crores on the third day of its release.

For the uninitiated, Gadar 2 has been witnessing a box office clash with Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam starrer OMG 2 and it is giving the movie a tough competition.
