Gadar 2 vs OMG 2 BO Collection Prediction: In the much-anticipated box office clash between Gadar 2 and OMG 2, it seems like Sunny Deol's romantic saga is poised to outshine Akshay Kumar's film in the initial collections.

Gadar 2, the sequel to the iconic 2001 film, is said to have a remarkable first-day box office collection. As per a report in industry trade insider, Sacnilk, the film minted an impressive 35.00 Crores on domestic ticket window. The film managed to maintain a substantial 36.73% occupancy in Hindi theaters on its opening day, indicating a promising start for this emotional roller-coaster.

Directed by Anil Sharma and produced by Zee Studio and Anil Sharma Productions, Gadar 2 boasts a star-studded cast including Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, Luv Sinha, and Manish Wadhwa among others.

OMG 2 DAY 1 BOX OFFICE COLLECTION PREDICTION

On the other hand, OMG 2 also entered the box office race with high hopes but experienced a comparatively lower first-day collection. The Sacnilk report suggests OMG 2 earned 9.00 Crores India net. The film managed a total Hindi occupancy of 22.50% on Friday, August 11, 2023.

The film saw a decent start with morning shows having 18.13% occupancy, followed by a moderate rise during the afternoon shows at 26.86%.

Directed by Amit Rai and produced by Viacom 18 Studios, Wakaoo Films, and Cape Of Good Films, OMG 2 stars the versatile Akshay Kumar, along with Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in key roles.

Meanwhile, talking about the box office clash of Gadar 2 and OMG 2, Yami Gautam who plays a lead role in the Akshay Kumar starrer said that, "I have a picture of Gadar 2's cutout with the handpump; I will post it and will wish Sunny Sir. We are all his fans, and we love him. We have all watched Gadar: Ek Prem Katha in theatres, and I am wishing the more, the better for the audience. Gadar 2 has its own audience, and we have our own audience. I hope the audience watches both films."
