Ganapath Box Office Collection Day 7 Prediction: Tiger’s Film Continues To Struggle Ahead Of Tejas Release

Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, who made their big Bollywood debut together with the 2014 release Heropanti, are grabbing eyeballs for their second collaboration. We are talking about Vikas Bahl directorial Ganapath A Hero Is Born which also stars Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. The movie was a dystopian action thriller and won a lot of praises for makers for the brave attempt of making a futuristic action film.
Ganapath has opened to average reviews from the audience and critics who didn't seem to be pleased with the movie. In fact, Ganapath has emerged as Tiger's lowest opener in his career of a decade. And now, almost a week after release, this Vikas Bahl directorial has been struggling to survive at the box office. In fact, ahead of the release of Kangana Ranaut's Tejas, Ganapath is now slowing down again
According to a report published in Sacnilk, Ganpath will be minting Rs 1.03 crores at the box office today (day 7/ first Thursday). This will take the overall collection of Ganapath to Rs 11.95 crores. Interestingly, Ganapath has been facing a box office clash with Yaariyan 2 which features Meezaan Jafri, Divya Khosla Kumar and Pearl V Puri in the lead which also has been struggling at the box office.
Reportedly, Yaariyaan 2, which opened to average reviews from the audience, recorded the lowest collection since release today (day 7) and will be minting Rs 19 lakhs at the box office. This will take the overall collection of Yaariyan 2 to Rs 2.71 crores.
Meanwhile, Ganapath is also making heads turn for its mindboggling acting sequences which have been shot in Ladakh, Vikas got candid about the same and said, "While there have been a lot of films that have shot action in Ladakh before, we got really lucky as we shot on a completely new terrain. It was an abandoned town about Lamayuru where most sequences were shot. So yes, the weather conditions were unfriendly and erratic, with constant dips in oxygen levels. But Tiger, Kriti and Rehman sir really practised hard on days off as well as in between action scenes, in spite of the challenging weather conditions and low oxygen levels".
