Ganapath Box Office Day 6 Prediction: Tiger’s Film Records Lowest Numbers; Yaariyan 2 Continues To Struggle

Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon's recent release Ganpath A Hero Is Born has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced. Helmed by Vikas Bahl, Ganapath marks Tiger's second collaboration with Kriti and also features Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. The movie is said to be a dystopian action thriller and is said to be heavy on VFX and CGI. However, despite all the buzz, Ganpath failed to leave a mark on the audience.

After a disappointing start at the box office with just Rs 2.5 crores collection on the first day, Ganapath continues to struggle. And while Ganapath's struggle continues at the box office, the movie is now making headlines for recording the lowest collection ever since the release. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Ganapath, which has been witnessing a box office clash with Yaariyan 2, has witnessed a significant drop in the collection along with Divya Khosla Kumar, Meezaan Jafri starrer.

Reportedly, Ganapath will be minting Rs 1.25 crores at the box office today (day 6/first Wednesday) which will take the overall collection of the movie to Rs 11.02 crores. On the other hand, Yaariyan 2 is also struggling a lot at the box office since the first day and has failed to mint Rs 1 crore in a day. In fact, it will reportedly be earning just 22 lakhs today taking the overall collection of Yaariyan to Rs 2.48 crores.

Meanwhile, Ganapath is also making heads turn for its mindboggling acting sequences which have been shot in Ladakh, Vikas got candid about the same and said, "While there have been a lot of films that have shot action in Ladakh before, we got really lucky as we shot on a completely new terrain. It was an abandoned town about Lamayuru where most sequences were shot. So yes, the weather conditions were unfriendly and erratic, with constant dips in oxygen levels. But Tiger, Kriti and Rehman sir really practised hard on days off as well as in between action scenes, in spite of the challenging weather conditions and low oxygen levels".
