Jawan Box Office Day 13 Prediction: SRK’s Film To Stay Strong Despite Slight Dip On Ganesh Chaturthi

Shah Rukh Khan has all the reasons to be on cloud nine these days. After all, post a stupendous start of the year with Pathaan, he is now setting the box office on fire with his recent release Jawan. Directed by Atlee, Jawan has been a massy entertainer which has been shattering box office records every day.
To note, Jawan, which opened to rave reviews from the audience and critics, has been off to a thunderous start since the first day. And while the working days did impact the collections, Jawan witnessed a massive jump in collections during the second weekend.
And now, as Jawan is in its second week, it is reported that the Shah Rukh Khan starrer continues to stay strong despite drop in collections. In fact, as the nation is engulfed with the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, it is reported that Jawan will be witnessing a minor dip of 10% in the earnings.
According to a report published in Sacnilk, Jawan, which minted Rs 13.57 crore on its second Monday (day 12), is expected to rake in Rs 12.16 today (day 13). The reports also suggested that it will take the overall collections of Jawan to Rs 505.54 crores. Indeed, it is a proud moment for the entire cast of Jawan as the movie crosses Rs 500cr mark in the second week.
Meanwhile, given the phenomenal success of Jawan, there have been reports about a sequel to the movie. Reacting to the reports, Atlee told Pinkvilla, "Every film of mine has an open end but to date, I have never thought of doing a sequel to any of my films. For Jawan, if anything strong comes to me, I will make a part two. I have kept an open end and I can come up with a sequel now or later. But definitely will come up with a sequel to Jawan one day".
He also asserted that he has plans to cast Thalapathy Vijay and Shah Rukh Khan in a film. "Both of them have given best career arc in my life. Someday, I will crack a script for both of them and have them in a single movie," Atlee added.
