Jawan Box Office Collection Day 14: SRK’s Film To Cross 900Cr Worldwide Tomorrow; Set For New Milestone

Shah Rukh Khan is undoubtedly the king of box office and there are no second thoughts about it. He has proved his mettle time and again and the year 2023 has turned out to be quite favourable for him. After an impressive start with Siddharth Anand's Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan is currently ruling the box office with his recent release Jawan.

Helmed by Atlee and also starring Deepika Padukone, Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in the lead, Jawan has set the box office on fire since day one. And while it has enjoyed a phenomenal run at the box office so far, it has managed to achieve several feats at the box office so far - highest opener, highest second weekend collection, fastest movie to cross Rs 100cr, Rs 200cr, Rs 300cr, Rs 400cr and even Rs 500cr.

And now, Jawan is making headlines for a major feat added to its name. Jawan, which is going strong worldwide, is now all set to cross Rs 900 crore mark worldwide. According to a tweet shared by film industry tracker Manobala Vijayabalan, Jawan is set to cross Rs 900 crore mark worldwide soon. As per his tweet, Jawan has currently raked in Rs 862.46 crores worldwide. Given its pace, it is likely that Jawan will cross Rs 900 crores by tomorrow.

Meanwhile, given the phenomenal success of Jawan, there have been reports about a sequel to the movie. Reacting to the reports, Atlee told Pinkvilla, "Every film of mine has an open end but to date, I have never thought of doing a sequel to any of my films. For Jawan, if anything strong comes to me, I will make a part two. I have kept an open end and I can come up with a sequel now or later. But definitely will come up with a sequel to Jawan one day".

He also asserted that he has plans to cast Thalapathy Vijay and Shah Rukh Khan in a film. "Both of them have given best career arc in my life. Someday, I will crack a script for both of them and have them in a single movie," Atlee added.
