Jawan Box Office Collection Day 41: SRK’s Action Entertainer Sees Lowest Collection As It Inches Towards 640Cr

Shah Rukh Khan has proved 2023 is his year in more than one way. After a spectacular start of the year with Siddharth Kanan's Pathaan opposite Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, King Khan has been the talk of the town for his recent release. We are talking about Atlee directorial Jawan which also features Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra etc in the lead.

The movie has been a mass entertainer and has opened to rave reviews from the audience and critics. In fact, Jawan has witnessed a thunderous opening at the box office and it went on to become the highest box office opener followed by shattering several box office records. In fact, Jawan has emerged as the highest grossing Hindi movie of all time.

And now, as Jawan is in the sixth week, it is slowing down further and witnessed its lowest collection so far as it is inching towards Rs 640 crores now. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Jawan will be making a collection of Rs 0.6 crores today (day 41/ sixth Tuesday). If the reports turned out to be true, Jawan's total collection will turn out to be Rs 636.91 crores.

Needless to say, Jawan's magic continues to win hearts in the 6th week as well and has become the fastest Hindi film to cross the mark. And given its strong hold at the box office, Jawan is likely to make new records at the box office in the coming days.

Given the phenomenal success of Jawan, there have been reports about a sequel to the movie. Reacting to the reports, Atlee told Pinkvilla, "Every film of mine has an open end but to date, I have never thought of doing a sequel to any of my films. For Jawan, if anything strong comes to me, I will make a part two. I have kept an open end and I can come up with a sequel now or later. But definitely will come up with a sequel to Jawan one day".
