Jawan Box Office Day 17 Advance Booking: SRK’s Film Sells Over 1.30 Lakh Tickets For 3rd Saturday

Jawan Advance Booking: Shah Rukh Khan's blockbuster action-thriller, Jawan, continues its record-breaking spree at the box office as it continues its third Saturday run. The film has not only shattered numerous records but is also expected to cross the monumental 1000-crore mark.
Jawan has taken the cinematic world by storm, raking in an impressive 473.44 crores in Hindi and a whopping 528.39 crores in all languages within just 15 days of its release. This stupendous performance has been boosted by the film's success in overseas markets, with the UAE and North America being major contributors. Collectively, the film has amassed an whopping 937.61 crores globally.

As per a report in industry tracker, Sacnilk, the 17th day advance booking for Jawan has sent ticket counters into a frenzy. Combining the gross from all formats and languages, Jawan is set to rake in a staggering 3.14 crores on its seventeenth day in theaters. A remarkable total of 133,318 tickets were sold across the country, with a whopping 9,771 shows screening the film.
As per film's official booking partner, BookMyShow (BMS), in a one-hour, BMS witnessed a staggering 15,340 tickets sold. Yesterday's bookings clocked in at 7,400 tickets in the same one-hour timeframe. The total advance bookings from 8 a.m. reached an impressive 56,070, while the figure for the previous day was 27,800.

Meanwhile, Jawan features an ensemble cast that includes Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Riddhi Dogra, and others in pivotal roles. The film also features special appearances by Sanjay Dutt and Deepika Padukone.

The makers of Jawan recently organised a press conference for the film's success, where Shah Rukh Khan said, "It's a celebration. We rarely get a chance to live with a film for years. The making of Jawan has been going on for four years due to Covid and time constraints."
He further added, "There were a lot of people involved in this film, especially people from the South who came and settled in Mumbai and have been living in Mumbai for the last four years and working day and night for this film, which is the hardest work ever."
