Jawan Box Office Collection Day 8 Prediction: SRK’s Film Stays Strong On 1st Thursday; To Cross 400cr Tomorrow

Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara's first collaboration Jawan has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced. Helmed by Atlee and starring Vijay Sethupathi as the main lead, Jawan has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year and it has managed to stand true to the expectations.

After a phenomenal start with rave reviews and the highest opening at the box office, Jawan has been setting new benchmarks every day. From earning the highest third day collection to becoming the fastest Hindi film to cross Rs 100cr, Rs 200cr, Rs 250cr, Rs 300cr and Rs 350cr mark at the box office. And now, Jawan is set for another achievement.

Yes! You read it right. It's been a week since Jawan hit the theatres and the movie continues to be strong on the eighth day as well. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Jawan will be staying strong at the box office on day 8 despite a slight dip in collections. It is reported that the Shah Rukh Khan starrer is likely to rake in around Rs 19.36 crore today on its first Thursday. If the reports turned out to be true, it will take the total collection of Jawan to Rs 387.74 crores

Though the collections saw a slight dip from day 7 wherein Jawan earned Rs 21.5 crores, Jawan is still holding up strong is likely to add another achievement to its name - the fastest Hindi film to cross Rs 400 crore mark. Given Jawan's steady pace, it is likely to cross the mark tomorrow (day 9).

Meanwhile, speculations are rife about Jawan crossing the Rs 500 crore mark soon for its lifetime collection. If the reports turned out to be true, it will help Shah Rukh Khan create a history and become the first Bollywood actor to have two movies with a joint collection of over Rs 1000 crore films in a year.
