Jawan Box Office Collection Day 4: SRK’s Film Surpasses Its 1st Day Gross Earning; Continues To Be Unstoppable

Shah Rukh Khan is the ultimate king of Bollywood and he has proved it time and again. And now, King Khan is busy proving that 2023 is his year at the box office. After the phenomenal success of Pathaan early this year, Shah Rukh is winning hearts with his recent release Jawan.

The movie, which has been helmed by Atlee, has opened to rave reviews from the audience and critics and is shattering records with every passing day. In fact, Jawan has created a record of becoming the fastest Bollywood film to enter the coveted Rs 200 crore club (on day 3). And now, Jawan is making headlines for its day 4 collection at the box office.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Jawan's day 4 gross collection during the afternoon has surpassed the first day earning of the movie for Hindi 2D. As per Sacnilk, Jawan has minted Rs 20.30 crore for Hindi 2D shows today which were around 4,813. For the uninitiated, the first day gross collection for Hindi 2D was Rs 15.07 crore for 4,751 shows. The outcome was same during the evening as well wherein Jawan minted Rs 14.83 crore for Hindi 2D for 3,205 shows whereas the day 1 collection was Rs 11.80 crores for 3,178 shows

Meanwhile, according to a report published in Bollywood Life, Jawan is likely to rake in around Rs 200 crore during the opening weekend itself. Trade analyst and exhibitor Akshaye Rathi, told Bollywood Life, "We can expect Rs 60 crores from the Hindi belt on Saturday. Sunday could be around Rs 70 crores pan-India. If you add this with Rs 30 crores from overseas market, Jawan is well over Rs 200 crores. Also, the competition is not very high. There is only Warner Bros' Nun, which is a horror film". The media reports also suggest that Jawan is likely to witness a massive jump in collections during the weekend and is likely to cross the lifetime collections of Pathaan (Rs 525 crore) in the coming days.
