KKBKKJ Day 5 Box Office Collection: Salman Khan's Film Sees A Decline Post Eid, Collects Only Single Digit

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan day 5 box office collection: The most anticipated movie of 2023, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, starring Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde, was released on April 21. Billed as a masala family entertainer, the movie is a remake of the 2014 Tamil movie Veeram, which starred Ajit.

Though the film started off slow, only collecting 15 crore on its first day, it went on to earn a whopping 26 crore during the weekend given the Eid holidays. Salman Khan's stardom did pull audiences to the theatres, and the film passed the crucial Monday test, but it is still struggling to find the right footing at the box office.

Directed by Farhad Samji, KKBKKJ marks Salman Khan's first big screen release after Dabangg and Antim. The film has received below-average reviews and has been able to manage to earn a total of 83.50 crore by Tuesday.

The film might cross the 100 crore mark if it keeps a good pace at the box office until the weekends. According to a Box Office India report, the film saw a 30% drop in its Monday collection and only collected 6.5 crore nett on day 5. Its Hindi occupancy on Tuesday was only 11.61%. Adding 83.53 crore to its overall figure.

On Tuesday, April 25, the film witnessed a slow show with 6.23 percent occupancy in the morning, which by night went up to 14.73%. As per Box Office India, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan's business dropped heavily in multiplexes in all major metro cities on Monday and is said to be performing better in single screens in the UP and Bihar circuits.

RRR Ram Charan and Bigg Boss 6 fame Abdu Rozik also make special guest appearances in the film.
