The film which hit theaters on July 28, garnered immense praise and is being hailed as a true-blue Bollywood flick.

As per industry insider, Sacnilk, the Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer had an overall 33.68% Hindi Occupancy on Day 2, ie., Saturday.

Although the film's first-day collections were slightly lower than expected, the charismatic lead pair and captivating music ensured steady footfalls. Nonetheless, the movie saw the much-needed jump on day two, which is considered a commendable feat for any major release considering the post-pandemic scenario.

The film minted 11.10 crores on the day of its release and with this the two-days collection of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani stands at 27.10 crores.

As the weekend progresses, expectations are high for the Karan Johar directorial to continue its impressive run and surpass milestones at the box office.
