Tejas Box Office Day 6 Prediction: Kangana’s Film To See Its Lowest Collection Amid Clash With 12th Fail

Kangana Ranaut, who was last seen in Raghava Lawrence starrer Chandramukhi 2, has been grabbing eyeballs for her recent release Tejas. Directed by Sarvesh Mewara, Tejas also features Anshul Chauhan and Varun Mitra in key roles and happens to be India's first aerial action film. After creating immense buzz in the town, Tejas was released on October 27. However it failed to leave a mark on the audience.
In fact, Tejas has been struggling at the box office since the first day and now it seems to be struggling to survive at the ticket windows. After opening with a collection of Rs 1.25 crores, Tejas witnesses its lowest collection today as it failed to mint even Rs 50 lakhs at the box office.
According to a report published in Sacnilk, Tejas will be minting Rs 20 lakhs at the box office today (day 6/ first Wednesday) which will take the overall collection of the movie to Rs 4.35 crores. Interestingly, Tejas has been witnessing a box office clash with Vikrant Massey's 12th Fail which has been doing wonders at the ticket windows.
Helmed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, 12th Fail is based on the novel of the same name by Anurag Pathak and narrates the struggles of the UPSC aspirants. The movie has garnered decent views from the audience is going strong at the box office. It is reported that it will be raking in around Rs 2 crores today which will the overall collection of the movie to Rs 12 crores.
Earlier, ace Indian cricketer Shubman Gill was also seen lauding Vikrant Massey's 12th Fail. Taking to social media, he wrote, "Very inspirational movie #12thfailmovie. Tells what India is about a Must watch for love the young people. NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS". It will be interesting to see how Tejas and 12th fail will fair in the coming days.
