In fact, Tiger 3 has also been roaring loud at the box office.
After becoming the highest opener for Salman Khan, the movie has been shattering new box office records. However, Tiger 3 witnessed an massive jolt as it witnessed over 50% drop on the fourth day of release. Yes! This spy thriller, which also features Emraan Hashmi in the lead, has been slowing down ahead of the first weekend.
And now it has witnessed a further drop in collections as well. Yes! According to a report published in Sacnilk, Tiger 3 witnessed a further 12% drop in collections and minted Rs 18.50 crores which took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 187.65 crores. To note, Tiger 3 failed to beat Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan and Pathaan on day 5 with a huge gap. For the uninitiated, Pathaan had earned Rs 60.75 crores on the fifth day of release while Jawan had earned Rs 32.92 crores.
Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi recently got candid about his role in Tiger 3 and said, "I had an amazing time creating Aatish - a man who is fuelled by rage and will go to any length to finish Tiger. I play a very distinctively different villain that is rare in Hindi cinema. He is cerebral, his mind is his greatest weapon and he also wields immense power over authorities across countries to bring his devious plans into motion. He single-mindedly wants to destroy Tiger, his family and by doing that, he wants to take out the biggest super agent of India. He knows Tiger will always be the last man standing for India and he wants him removed at any cost."
