Tiger 3 Box Office Collection Day 9 Prediction: Will Salman’s Film See Growth On Second Monday?

It was a big Sunday this time with the India vs Australia World Cup 2023 final. From commoners to celebs everyone was seen rooting for our men in blue and several celebs were also seen attending the big match in Ahmedabad. And while losing the World Cup 2023 finals was a major heartbreak, the box office also witnessed the effects of the big match. Yes! Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's recent release Tiger 3 witnessed another drop.

The Maneesh Sharma directorial, which had hit the theatres on Diwali and saw a great start, had a major drop in collections during the India vs New Zealand semi finals. And while it did see a slight growth during the weekend, the India vs Australia final match turned out to be fatal as Tiger 3 failed to touch the double-digit on day 8.

And now, as Tiger 3 has ventured into the second week, there is slight possibility for the espionage thriller to see an upward trend especially on a working day. In fact, according to a report published in Sacnilk, Tiger 3 has so far minted around Rs 1 lakh from the morning shows taking the collections to Rs 229.07 crores. It will be interesting to see if Tiger 3 will manage to cross Rs 235 crores on the day 9 of release.

Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi, who shared the screen for the first time with Salman and Katrina, recently got candid about his role in Tiger 3 and said, "I had an amazing time creating Aatish - a man who is fuelled by rage and will go to any length to finish Tiger. I play a very distinctively different villain that is rare in Hindi cinema. He is cerebral, his mind is his greatest weapon and he also wields immense power over authorities across countries to bring his devious plans into motion. He single-mindedly wants to destroy Tiger, his family and by doing that, he wants to take out the biggest super agent of India. He knows Tiger will always be the last man standing for India and he wants him removed at any cost."
