Tiger 3 Box Office Day 1 Prediction: Salman’s Film To See 100Cr Opening; Will It Break SRK’s Jawan Record?

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger franchise has been one of the biggest franchises in Bollywood. And after the phenomenal success of Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai, fans have been eagerly waiting for the third installment of the series. Titled as Tiger 3, the movie features Salman and Katrina reprising their respective roles of Tiger and Zoya along with Emraan Hashmi playing the role of lead antagonist.

Needless to say, Tiger 3 is one of the most anticipated releases of the year. After all, everyone is eagerly waiting to see Salman's face off with Emraan on the big screen. As Tiger 3 is set to hit the screens on Diwali this year, there have been speculations about the movie's box office collection. And now as per a recent buzz, Tiger 3 is expected to rake in Rs 100 crore on the opening day.

According to a report published in Siasat, Tiger 3 will be seen beating Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan and Pathaan at the box office with a thunderous run at the box office and might touch the Rs 100 crore mark on the first day. In fact, the media reports also suggest that Tiger 3 is likely to reach Rs 500 crore easily as well. However, with the Diwali factor, it will be interesting to see if the speculations really turn true.

Well, with just 11 days left for the release of Tiger 3, it will be interesting to see how this much anticipated movie will fare at the box office and which records it will be making post release.

On the other hand, trade expert Vishek Chauhan told India Today, "Tiger 3 advance booking opens this weekend, November 5. As far as advanced booking is concerned, I think it is going to be at par with 'Jawan' or 'Pathaan'. And in the overseas market, wherever it has opened, it is either running at par with 'Jawan' or it is exceeding it because the advances in the UK and the UAE markets are very good and it is a clear indication that the film has solid demand. The audience are really waiting for this film. And I think it will really blow the lid when it releases on Diwali and the next day is just going to be one of the biggest days ever in the history of Indian cinema".
