Tiger 3 Box Office Day 10: Salman’s Film Fails To Beat Tiger Zinda Hai Earnings On 2nd Tuesday

After a disappointing start to 2023 with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan, Salman Khan has been making headlines for his recent release Tiger 3. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, Tiger 3 is the third installment of the Tiger franchise and marks the return of Salman as the original Indian spy opposite Katrina Kaif who reprised the role of Zoya. Interestingly, Tiger 3 also featured Emraan Hashmi as the lead antagonist.

And while fans were curious to see Salman and Emraan's face off, Tiger 3 did witness an impressive start at the box office and became the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star's highest opener ever with a collection of Rs 44.5 crores. However, looks like the Tiger 3 mania was short lived as the espionage thriller has been witnessing continuous drop for aalmost a week now.

In fact, Tiger 3 has been struggling to cross Rs 11 crores mark in the second week. After making a collection of Rs 7.35 crores on day 9 (2nd Monday), Tiger 3 has witnessed a further drop on day 10. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Tiger 3 made a collection of Rs 6.35 crores on day 10 (2nd Tuesday)and made a total collection of Rs 423.60 crores

While Tiger 3 has seen the lowest single day collection so far, it has failed to cross the second Tuesday collection of Tiger Zinda Hai. For the uninitiated, Ek Tha Tiger made a collection of Rs 7.83 crores on its second Tuesday. It will be interesting to see how Tiger 3 will fare in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi, who shared the screen for the first time with Salman and Katrina, recently got candid about his role in Tiger 3 and said, "I had an amazing time creating Aatish - a man who is fuelled by rage and will go to any length to finish Tiger. I play a very distinctively different villain that is rare in Hindi cinema. He is cerebral, his mind is his greatest weapon and he also wields immense power over authorities across countries to bring his devious plans into motion. He single-mindedly wants to destroy Tiger, his family and by doing that, he wants to take out the biggest super agent of India. He knows Tiger will always be the last man standing for India and he wants him removed at any cost."
