Article 370 Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: Yami’s Film To Have A Decent Start Amid Clash With Crakk

Yami Gautam has been one of the finest actors in Bollywood and she has given several iconic movies in her career so far. And now, the diva is making headlines for her recent release which has been creating ripples in the town. We are talking about Article 370 which is a political action thriller helmed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale.

Also starring Priyamani, Skand Thakur, Ashwini Kaul, Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Arun Govil, and Kiran Karmarkar in key roles, Article 370 has been one of the most anticipated movies of the year. To note, Article 370 dives into the controversial 2019 abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and features Yami in the role of a brave intelligence officer. And now that the movie has finally hit the theatres, there are speculations about the movie's box office journey.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Article 370 is likely to rake in Rs 5 crores today on the day of release. Interestingly, it is a decent start as the movie will be witnessing a box office clash with Vidyut Jammwal starrer sports actioner Crakk. On the other hand, Article 370 will also be witnessing a competition from Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.

Meanwhile, Yami's husband and producer Aditya Dhar shared his excitement for the film and said, "I believe that direction is something where you are always looking for ideas and suggestions from your team. A great director is someone who has a great team. But as a producer, I am one of those people who is a part of the team that gives suggestions. I am not seeking those suggestions, but giving them. It kind of changes your role and makes you way more solution-oriented. You also understand how you can make things easy for your director. That was one main objective I had as a producer".
