The movie saw another dip numbers in on day 5 (first Tuesday) wherein it struggled to touch Rs 1 crore earned Rs 95 lakhs

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha continues to struggle and raked in Rs 76 lakhs yesterday (day 6/ first Wednesday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 9.46 crores. Given the trend, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is likely to rake in around Rs 50-70 lakhs today (day 7/ first Thursday) and will be crossing Rs 10 crores mark in the first week. Interestingly, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha has been witnessing a box office clash with Janhvi Kapoor's Ulajh and has been maintaining a lead over the spy thriller since the first day.

Meanwhile, talking about the lead pair, director Neeraj Pandey told News18, "Two years back, when we were figuring out our next theatrical release, the germ of this film came to me. It was there in some form in my head before that but I didn't actually sit down and write about it till two years ago. And Ajay and Tabu were my first choices. Having said that, I don't know if it's their friendship that translated onscreen because I know nothing about its background"
