Devara Box Office Collection Day 5 (Hindi): Jr NTR's massive fan following across the world has all the reasons to be on cloud nine and rightfully so. After all, the superstar is back on the big screen after two years. Post the stupendous success of 2022 release RRR, Jr NTR is now making headlines with his recent release Devara (Devara Part 1) which is an action drama. Directed by Koratala Siva, the movie also features Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead and has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
Featuring Jr NTR in a double role, Devara also features Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan and Murali Sharma in key roles. Interestingly, Devara marks Janhvi and Saif's first collaboration with Jr NTR as they make their respective debut in the Telugu industry. Besides, Janhvi's chemistry with Jr NTR also grabbed eyeballs as he plays his love interest in the film.

As Devara opened to rave reviews, it saw a decent start in the Hindi market with an opening day collection of Rs 7.5. While the opening weekend came with a hike in numbers, Devara saw a significant drop in numbers during the first Monday. However, it has been maintaining a steady growth ever since. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Devara raked in Rs 4 crores in day 4 (first Monday) followed by a collection of Rs 4.25 crores on day 5 (first Tuesday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 35.25 crores.

On the other hand, Devara saw a slight jump of 5% in overall collections in India (all languages combined). After an impression opening weekend, Devara Part 1 saw a drop of 68% in collections on the first Monday as it raked in Rs 12.75 crores. However, according to Sacnilk, the movie has minted Rs 13.4 crores (all languages included) on the first Tuesday taking the total collections of the movie to Rs 186.75 crores.
Meanwhile, Saif, during the trailer launch of Devara Part 1, got candid about his experience of working with Jr NTR and said, "When I saw him shooting on set, he seems to grow in stature and becomes a larger-than-life person in front of the camera, which is a very great star quality to have. And after the cut, he goes back to being a normal and fun person. It has been so nice working with him"
