Fighter Box Office Collection Day 23: Hrithik-Deepika’s Film Struggles To Make 1 Cr Ahead Of 4th Weekend

Hrithik Roshan, who is one of the most versatile actors in the industry, has been grabbing eyeballs for his recent release. We are talking about Siddharth Anand's Fighter which marks his first collaboration with Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover and Akshaye Oberoi. Fighter happens to be an aerial action drama and features the lead cast in the role of Indian Air Force Pilots.

And while it's been over three weeks since the release of Fighter, the movie has been winning hearts and has already entered the coveted Rs 200 crore club. However, Fighter has been struggling at the box office during the weekdays. And now, as per a recent update Fighter has witnessed its lowest single day collection as it has entered the fourth week.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Fighter saw a 48% dip in collection after Valentine's Day and minted Rs 0.9 crores yesterday (day 22/ fourth Thursday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 201.7 crores. And now, given the trend, Fighter has been struggling to make Rs 1 crores at the box office and is expected to mint Rs 80-85 lakhs today (day 23/ fourth Friday). It will be interesting to see if Fighter will be seeing a jump in collections during the fourth weekend.

Meanwhile, as Hrithik has collaborated with Deepika for the first time in Fighter, he has been all praises for the actress. Talking to ANI he said, "With Deepika, it became really easy because she brings realism in her work, so I was consciously just bouncing off her bat; each line she says is coming from a deep place, and I could tell this is real, and if I don't maintain that I might look like I am overdoing things so I had to make sure I am acting that frequency and thanks to her every scene between Patty and Minni look so extremely vulnerable, extremely endearing and very very real".
