Fighter
Box
Office
Collection
Worldwide:
Hrithik
Roshan
and
Deepika
Padukone
starrer
Fighter
took
a
decent
opening
at
the
box
office
in
India,
and
though
it
showed
a
huge
jump
on
its
day
2
(Republic
Day),
the
movie
has
failed
to
beat
biggies
like
Pathaan,
Tiger
3,
and
others.
Well,
mostly
it
is
being
compared
to
Pathaan
as
both
the
movies
are
directed
by
Siddharth
Anand,
and
patriotism
is
basic
concept
of
both
the
films.
While
in
India
in
two
days,
Fighter
has
collected
Rs.
62
crore,
Pathaan
had
minted
Rs.
123
crore.
So,
Hrithik
Roshan
and
Deepika
Padukone
starrer
has
collected
half
of
what
Pathaan
collected.
Well,
the
same
situation
is
there
internationally.
While
Pathaan
had
taken
an
opening
of
4.5
million
dollars,
reportedly
Fighter
on
its
day
one
at
the
overseas
box
office
could
barely
collect
1
million
dollar.
Just
like
the
Indian
box
office,
it
did
show
a
jump
on
day
2
internationally,
but
still
it
has
not
manage
to
beat
Pathaan.
Reportedly,
the
film
on
its
day
2,
collected
Rs.
13.50
crore
at
the
overseas
box
office.
Fighter
In
100
Crore
Club
According
to
reports,
Fighter
has
entered
the
100
crore
club
in
two
days
if
we
take
the
worldwide
gross
collection
into
consideration.
However,
the
film
really
needs
to
be
stable
at
the
box
office
to
get
into
the
hit
zone.
Reportedly,
it's
a
movie
made
on
a
budget
of
Rs.
250
crore,
so
of
course
it
needs
to
keep
the
momentum
to
surpass
its
budget
and
get
a
hit
tag.
After
a
huge
jump
yesterday,
it
is
expected
that
Fighter
will
show
a
drop
today
at
the
box
office.
However,
it
expeced
that
it
might
earn
around
Rs.
30
crore
on
its
day
three,
so
the
three-day
collection
might
be
around
Rs.
92
crore.
But,
still
it
won't
be
able
to
enter
the
100
crore
club
in
India.
By
the
end
of
its
first
extended
weekend,
it
is
expected
that
the
movie
will
collect
around
Rs.
115-120
crore.
