Kal Ho Naa Ho Re-Release Box Office Collection 2nd Weekend

Directed by Nikkhil Advani, Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta and Saif Ali Khan starrer Dharma Productions films - Kal Ho Naa Ho - re-released on big screens on 15th November 2024. Amid high buzz, the rom-com drama has been recreating its magic on silver screens upon its re-release. As per report, the cult romantic-drama scored around Rs 77 lakhs in its opening weekend post re-release, followed by Rs 2.02 cr (nett) in 1st weekend.

According to Pinkvilla, the movie raked in around Rs 45 lakhs on 2nd Saturday and Rs 51.50 lakhs on 2dn Sunday. Now, the total 10-day net collection in India is estimated to be around Rs 3.15 cr in 10 days (2nd weekend).

Karan Arjun Re-Release Box Office Collection 1st Weekend

On the other hand, yet another Shah Rukh Khan cult-classic, 'Karan Arjun' made its way back to cinemas on Friday, 22nd November. Directed by Rakesh Roshan, Karan Arjun - starring SRK, Salman, Kajol, Mamta Kulkarni, Rakhee Gulzar, Amrish Puri and Johnny Lever among others, became the 2nd highest opening film after re-release (tied with 'Laila Majnu') and raked in around Rs 20 lakhs on the first day reportedly.

As per reports, the film minted around Rs 40 lakhs on Saturday, and Rs 43 lakhs on Sunday, taking the total net collection to Rs 1.08 cr after the end of its first weekend after re-release.

While 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' has taken over the ticket counters after re-releasing, 'Karan Arjun' is also scoring big at the box office. Both the films are doing wonders at the box office. While Karan Arjun has more shows compared to KHNH, the latter might take over the former.
