Kanguva Box Office Collection Day 6 (Hindi): Suriya’s Film Shows Slight Growth; Beats GOAT On 1st Tuesday

Kanguva Box Office Collection Day 6 (Hindi): With the growing trend of pan India films, the audience has been in for a real treat of late. Recently, another pan India film had hit the theatres and it has got everyone brimming with an opinion. We are talking about Kanguva which is helmed by Siva and features Suriya, Bobby Deol and Disha Patani in the lead. The movie happens to be a fantasy action drama and has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

Also starring Yogi Babu, Natarajan Subramaniam, Karunas, K. S. Ravikumar, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Mansoor Ali Khan and Ravi Raghavendra in key roles, Kanguva featured Suriya in a double role. This isn't all. While Kanguva marked Disha and Bobby's much talked about Tamil debut, Bobby has been grabbing eyeballs with his role of a menacing lead antagonist. Needless to say, Kanguva has managed to create a massive buzz in the town as it released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages.

Kangiva witnessed a decent start in the Hindi market and managed to have a good hold at the box office during the opening weekend. However, the first Monday came with a significant drop in numbers for Kanguva. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Kanguva minted Rs 70 lakhs on first Monday (day 5) followed by a slight hike in numbers on first Tuesday (day 6) wherein it warned Rs 83 lakhs in the Hindi market and took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 12.08 crores.

Kanguva Beats The Greatest Of All Time

As Kanguva has been showing a steady hold at the box office, it has managed to beat Thalapathy Vijay's The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) on its first Tuesday. For the uninitiated, The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) had minted Rs 80 lakhs on its first Tuesday of release. It will be interesting to see if Kanguva will be able to pick up pace in the coming days in the Hindi market.
