The Wes Ball directorial, a standalone sequel to the War of the Planet of the Apes, hit theatres globally on 10th May 2024, clashing with Rajkummar Rao's biographical-drama Srikanth. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes witnessed a decent opening in India. The film collected Rs 3.15 crores on Friday. It picked up pace during weekend and minted around Rs 4.25 cr on Saturday and Rs 4.3 cr on Sunday.

The Hollywood biggie witnessed a sharp drop in its box office number on 1st Monday, collecting Rs .85 cr on day 4. According to the latest Sacnilk report, the Hollywood flick raked in around Rs 1.80 cr (early estimates) on 1st Wednesday.

The total estimated collection of Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes now stands at Rs 17.30 CRORES in 6 days in India.

Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes Beats Srikanth Despite Dip On Wednesday

Rajkummar Rao starrer Srikanth Bolla biopic, too, has been enjoying an underwhelming run at the box office. As per Sacnilk, the biographical-drama raked in around Rs 1.50 cr (early estimates) on 1st Wednesday, taking the total 6-day collection to Rs 16.45 CRORES!

The film collected Rs 2.25 cr on its opening day.
