Mr and Mrs Mahi Box Office Collection Day 8 Prediction: Janhvi Kapoor is all over the headlines these days courtesy of her recent release Mr and Mrs Mahi. The movie, which is helmed by Sharan Sharma, marks the diva's second collaboration with the director and with co-star Rajkummar Rao after Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl and Roohi respectively. Not just Janhvi had grabbed eyeballs with her stunning style sense during the promotions, the movie had also won hearts with its storyline and performances.

For the uninitiated, Rajkummar and Janhvi's Mr and Mrs Mahi revolves around a newly married couple and their obsession with the game of cricket. As Mr and Mrs Mahi opened to rave reviews from the audience, the sports romantic drama recorded the opening day collection of Rs 6.75 crores. While the movie saw a slight dip in numbers on day 2, Mr and Mrs Mahi saw a decent hike in collection on day 3. However, the first Monday came a significant drop of over 60% in the numbers.

Despite a constant dip in collections, Mr and Mrs Mahi has been trying to have a decent hold at the box office. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Mr and Mrs Mahi minted Rs 1.81 crores yesterday (day 7/ first Saturday) which took the over all collections of the movie to Rs 24.51 crores. Given the trends, Mr and Mrs Mahi is likely to see another drop in numbers today (day 8/ second Friday) and will be seen minting Rs 1.5-1.7 crores at the box office. Interestingly, as Sharvari and Abhay Verma's Munjya is hitting the screens today, it will be worth a watch to see if it will affect Mr and Mrs Mahi's earnings at the box office.

Meanwhile, Janhvi is over the moon about the love coming her way post Mr and Mrs Mahi release.
