Pushpa 2 Box Office Collection Day 2 (Hindi): Allu Arjun is in a celebratory mode right now and rightfully so. After all, his recent release Pushpa 2: The Rule has emerged as a giant tsunami at the box office. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 is a Telugu action drama which also features Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Rao Ramesh, Jagapathi Babu, Sunil, Dhananjaya and Anasuya Bharadwaj in key roles. The movie is the sequel to the 2021 release Pushpa: The Rise which was also a massive hit among the fans.

And as Allu Arjun has taken over the big screens after three years with Pushpa 2, he made sure to make a memorable moment for the audience. After starting the box office journey with a collection of Rs 70.3 crores on day 1 (first Thursday) in Hindi market, Pushpa 2 saw a slight drop in numbers on the second day of release. According to Sacnilk, Pushpa 2: The Rule minted Rs 55 crores on day 2 (first Friday) in the Hindi domain which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 125.3 crores

Pushpa 2 Beats Pushpa 1 Lifetime Collection

While Pushpa 2 recorded the highest first Friday collection ever and managed to beat Ranbir Kapoor's Animal to take the throne, it has also surpassed the lifetime collection of its prequel Pushpa 1: The Rise. For the uninitiated, Pushpa 1 had made a lifetime collection of Rs 106.35 crores in the Hindi market.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun got candid about Pushpa 2 breaking language barriers at a promotional event and stated, "Doing a Hindi film was such a huge thing even to aspire for. We used to have that thing that, 'Maybe in our lifetime we will do one Hindi film'. It was that far away for us to do the Hindi film. So from that mindset to coming to this stage and standing here is a very big thing for me".
