Pushpa 2 Box Office Collection Day 3 (Hindi): Allu Arjun has all the reasons to be on cloud nine as his recent release Pushpa 2: The Rule is doing wonders at the box office. Helmed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 is an action drama which was released in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages. The movie is backed with a stellar cast of Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, Sunil and Anasuya Bharadwaj. For the uninitiated, Pushpa 2 is the much awaited sequel to the 2021 release Pushpa: The Rise

As Pushpa 2 was released a massive buzz, it opened to rave reviews across languages. In fact, this Allu Arjun directorial witnessed a record shattering opening at the box office in India and across the world. The movie went on to make an opening day collection of Rs 70.3 crores on the first day followed by a collection of Rs 56.9 crores on day 2 and Rs 73.5 crores on day 3 which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 200.7 crores. Interestingly, with a phenomenal run at the box office, Pushpa 2 has managed to create several records on day 3. Here's a list:

Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 has managed to beat Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan and recorded the highest first three days collection. For the uninitiated, Jawan had minted Rs 180.45 crores in three days.

Pushpa 2 Becomes Fastest Film To Cross 200Cr

Interestingly, as Pushpa 2 has been ruling the Hindi market and became the fastest film to cross Rs 150 crores and Rs 200 crores in India. To note, while Pushpa 2 has managed to achieve the milestone in three days, Jawan took 4 days to cross Rs 200 crores.

This isn't all. Pushpa 2 has become the first film in the Hindi market to surpass the Rs 70cr mark on two separate days - First Thursday (Day 1) and First Saturday (Day 3). Needless to say, Pushpa 2 has set a new benchmark at the box office.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun got candid about Pushpa 2 breaking language barriers at a promotional event and stated, "Doing a Hindi film was such a huge thing even to aspire for. We used to have that thing that, 'Maybe in our lifetime we will do one Hindi film'. It was that far away for us to do the Hindi film. So from that mindset to coming to this stage and standing here is a very big thing for me".
