Pushpa 2 Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction (Hindi): Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule (Pushpa 2) is one of the most anticipated releases of the year and it has finally hit the screens today. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 is an action drama and is the sequel to the 2021 release Pushpa: The Rise. While Allu Arjun reprises the role of Pushpa Raj in the film, Pushpa 2 also features Jagapathi Babu, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, Sunil and Anasuya Bharadwaj in the lead. Given the impressive success of Pushpa: The Rise, fans have been eagerly waiting for Pushpa 2 making it one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

Interestingly, Pushpa 2 has been making a lot of buzz in the town owing to its poster, teaser and trailer along with the interesting ensemble of cast. This isn't all. The songs have also managed to add on to the audience's excitement. It is important to mention that Pushpa 2 has released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and Bengali languages and has been grabbing eyeballs in all languages. And while Pushpa 2 saw a phenomenal response from advance booking, there have been speculations about its collection in the Hindi market.

Talking about Pushpa 2: The Rule's opening day collection in the Hindi market, producer and film business expert Girish Johar exclusively told Filmibeat, "It's a big release. The advance bookings are fantastic. It's one of the first film which has done 100crs from advance booking alone at the global box office for all languages combined. That's a big achievement. Secondly, it is releasing in more than 12000 screens worldwide across all formats which is again a big achievement. It is also the highest and widest IMAX release for any Indian film. The craze of Pushpa 2 is quite strong. Really hope that tomorrow the film is releasing, it is a non holiday, it is a working day, it's Thursday. I am still expecting a fantastic start at the box office".

He further emphasised, "In the Hindi market, I would be happy if the film opens to more than 50Cr plus nett box office which is a very strong opening".

Pushpa 2 To Beat RRR & Baahubali 2; To Create A Record

If the prediction turns out to be true, Pushpa 1 will beat Prabhas' Baahubali 2 and Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer RRR in the Hindi market. For the uninitiated, Baahubali 2 had minted Rs 41 crores on the opening day in the Hindi market while the opening day number was Rs 20.07 crores for RRR. Interestingly, if Pushpa 2: The Rule will beat RRR and Baahubali 2, it will record the highest opening for a Telugu film in the Hindi market.

This isn't all. Pushpa 2 will record the second highest opening in Hindi market in 2024 after Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 which minted around Rs 60 crores on the day of release.
