Sarfira Box Office Collection Day 4 Prediction: Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan have collaborated for the first time for Sudha Kongara's Sarfira and the audience can't keep calm about it. The movie, which is one of the most anticipated releases of the year, happens to be the remake of the Tamil hit Sorarai Pottru which which featured Suriya in the lead. Sarfira also featured Paresh Rawal and Seema Biswas in the lead and opened to mixed reviews from the audience.

While Akshay and Radhika's fresh chemistry won hearts, the inspiring storyline of the film also left a mark on the audience. As Sarfira hit the screens amid much fan buzz, Sarfira saw a slow start at the box office and made an opening day collection of Rs 2.5 crores. The movie went on to see a hike of around 70% in the numbers wherein it raked in Rs 4.25 crores on day 2 (second Saturday).

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Sarfira's growth continued on the third day as well as this Akshay starrer minted Rs 5.1 crores on day 3 (first Sunday) as per early estimates and it took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 11.85 crores. Given the trends, Sarfira will be seeing its first drop in numbers today (day 4/ first Monday) and it is likely to mint Rs 2-3 crores inching close to Rs 15 crores mark. As Sarfira is witnessing a competition from Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, it is evident that the latter has managed to crush Akshay starrer at the box office and is giving it a tough time.

Meanwhile, talking about Sarfira, Akshay stated, "This is my 150th film and it is my best film. I am very thankful to Sudha for giving me this film and the opportunity to be in it". He was further seen singing praises for co-star Radhika and asserted, "This is the best performance I have ever seen. I don't know what you all think about her. She is not Maharashtrian, but she has acted like one. She is very well-spoken. Her language was very good and she has gone through whole classes to learn how to speak Marathi and what to say. That is what she has done".
