Srikanth Box Office Collection Day 17: Rajkummar Rao's Film Holds Strong On 3rd Weekend; Crosses 35+ Cr

Srikanth Box Office Collection Day 17: Rajkummar Rao starrer Srikanth has been enjoying a decent run at the box office. Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, the National Award-winning actor has left everyone impressed with his power-packed performance as visually challenged industrialist Srikanth Bolla. The film hit cinemas on May 10, 2024, clashing with the Wes Ball-directed Hollywood biggie, Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. Srikanth, produced by T-Series and Chalk N Cheese Films Production, chronicles the inspiring life of the the blind CEO Srikanth Bolla, who overcame his obstacles and emerged as one of the successful industrialists.

Headlined by Rajkummar Rao, Srikanth also stars Alaya F, Jyotika and Sharad Kelkar in important roles.

Amid much anticipation, Srikanth opened to mostly positive reviews from fans and critics alike. The film collected Rs 3.41 cr on day 1 and eventually picked up pace during the opening weekend due to the positive word-of-mouth.

As posted by T-Series, the film raked in Rs 18.04 cr in week 1 and Rs 32.02 crores in 2 weeks. Despite a drop on 3rd Friday, the movie entered to its 3rd weekend on a high note. The film reportedly raked in Rs 2.15 cr on 3rd Saturday.

According to the latest report published by Sacnilk, the Rajkummar Rao starrer minted around Rs 2.35 crores (early estimates) on 3rd Sunday. Now, the total estimated collection of Srikanth stands at Rs 37.7 crores (rough data) in 17 days.

As per the Sacnilk report, Srikanth had an overall 24.54% Hindi occupancy on 3rd Sunday, 26th May 2024!
