Srikanth Box Office Collection Day 2 Prediction: Rajkummar Rao has all the reasons to grin from ear to ear. After all, his recent release has left everyone impressed. We are talking about Tushar Hiranandani directorial Srikanth which features Rajkummar Rao in the titular role. The movie happens to be a biopic on Srikanth Bolla, a visually-impaired industrialist and the founder of Bollant Industries.

Also starring Sharad Kelkar, Alaya F and Jyothika in the lead, Srikanth had opened to rave reviews from the audience. The audience has been in complete awe of Rajkummar's performance and called it a national award winning act. While Srikanth managed to create a decent buzz in the town, Srikanth witnessed a good start at the box office.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Srikanth made an opening day collection of Rs 2.25 crores. Given the positive word of mouth, Srikanth is expected to see a hike in collection with a jump of over 60% in numbers. Yes! Srikanth is expected to mint over Rs 3.5 crores today (day 2/ Saturday) which will take the overall collections of the movie to over Rs 5 crores.

Talking about the same, film producer and trade analyst Girish Johar, in an exclusive conversation with Filmibeat stated, "Srikanth's trailer has been very endearing and overwhelming and logon ko kafi pasand bhi aaya hai. However, the current mood of the nation is more into politics and elections. But the good part about Srikanth is when the film is releasing it has ample scope. There is no major film opposition. It is the major film with no other option for the audience, so thoda sa bhi word of mouth acha hoga, logon ko pasand aayegi toh it has the capability of catching on quite well at the box office".
