Stree 2 Advance Booking Report Day 1: Shraddha-Rajkummar’s Film Eyes BIG Opening; To Beat Shaitaan, BMCM Today

Stree 2 Advance Booking Report Day 1 Update: After creating immense buzz in the town, Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's much talked about Stree 2 is all set to hit the theatres this week and the audience can't keep calm about it. After all, Stree 2 happens to be the much talked about sequel to the 2018 release horror comedy Stree and also features Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee in the lead. The movie has managed to create a massive buzz in the town and is one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

From the cast to the trailer and the songs, everything about Stree 2 has managed to intrigue the audience. Given the substantial buzz, Stree 2 makers have started the advance booking days before the release and the horror comedy is creating waves at the box office. In fact, Stree 2 managed to rake in over Rs 1 crores within 24 hours of the advance booking. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Stree 2 refuses to slow down and is set to create new records at the box office.

Stree 2 To Beat Shaitaan, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan

Two days ahead of the grand release of Stree 2, the movie has managed to sell 1.2 lakhs tickets so far and has managed to mint Rs 4.09 crores. As Stree 2 is eyeing a grand release, it is all set to beat the first day advance booking collection of Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan's Shaitaan and Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. For the uninitiated, while Shaitaan made a collection of Rs 4.14 crores from advance booking for day 1, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan raked in Rs 4.81 crores. It will be interesting to see if Stree 2 will be able to beat Fighter and record the highest advance booking collection for day 1 in 2024.

Meanwhile, Rajkummar has revealed that Stree 2 will be having 3 to 4 cameos. "I have to say that they are special, and I think that all of you (the audience) will be happy about them," he was quoted saying to Pinkvilla.
