Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 15: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. After all, the horror comedy brought together the hit group of Rajkummar, Shraddha, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee once again to save Chanderi. While director Amar Kaushik brought a new story for the audience, it has managed to win millions of hearts and has left everyone in absolute awe. Amid opening to rave reviews, Stree 2 has also been creating immense buzz at the box office as well.

After opening with an impressive collection of Rs 60.3 crores, Stree 2 witnessed a strong week 1 and went on to create several records at the box office. In fact, the horror comedy also left everyone amazed after it recorded the highest day 11 collection at the box office. Although Stree 2 has been witnessing a continuous drop in numbers post the second weekend, the second week turned out to be quite struggling for the film as it has been finding it difficult to touch 10cr in a day. And now, now that Stree 2 has ventured into third week, the struggle continues as well.

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 14

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Stree 2 minted Rs 11.75 crores on day 13 (second Tuesday) followed by a collection of Rs 9.75 crores on day 14 (second Wednesday). The film saw another dip in numbers as it entered week 3 at the ticket windows and earned Rs 8.25 crores on day 15 (third Thursday) which took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 432.80 crores

Stree 2 Beats Animal To Create A Record

Despite a continuous drop, Stree 2 has managed to have a good hold at the box office. In fact, the movie has managed to beat Ranbir Kapoor's Animal. Wondering how? Well, Stree 2 has surpassed Animal (Rs 7.75 crores) to record the third highest day 15 collection after Baahubali 2 (Rs 10.05 crores) and Brahmastra (Rs 8.5 crores).

Is Stree 3 On Cards?

Meanwhile, Abhishek Banerjee has spilled beans about the third installment of Stree series and told Indian Express, "It will take time. Now that Stree 2 has become such a big hit, I know that it won't take six years to make it, like we did with Stree 2. That's for sure. Some parts of the script are already written. It is going to be a big epic saga and as an actor I am dying to be back on that set".
