Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 32: Rajkummar Rao’s Film Crosses 555Cr; Creates THIS Record In 5th Weekend

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 32: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, who have given a hit like Stree in 2018, have collaborated for the second time for Stree 2 and the audience can't keep calm about it. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the horror comedy also featured Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi and Abhishek Banerjee in key roles along with cameos by Tamannaah Bhatia, Akshay Kumar and Varun Dhawan. Needless to say, Stree 3 has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

As Stree 2 was released amid a massive buzz, the horror drama opened to rave reviews from the audience and witnessed a phenomenal start at the box office. In fact, Stree 2 recorded an opening day collection of Rs 60.3 crores which happens to be the highest opening day collection of the year followed by an impressive opening weekend, first week and second weekend. In fact the movie has been shattering box office records almost everyday. And now, Stree 2 is in the fifth week, it continues to shine bright at the box office.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Stree 2 witnessed an impressive hike in collections in the fifth weekend. The movie raked in Rs 5.4 crores on day 31 (fifth Saturday) followed by a collection of Rs 7 crores on day 32 (fifth Sunday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 555.10 crores.

Interestingly, as Stree 2 has been going strong at the box office, it has managed to create a record in the fifth weekend. To note, Stree 2, which minted Rs 7 crores on day 32, has recorded the highest day 32 collections of all times.

Meanwhile, Rajkummar is now gearing up for the release of his fourth film of the year. We are talking about Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video opposite Triptii Dimri which is slated to release on October 11. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is touted to be a comedy drama.
